305 Stainless Steel Pipe
305 stainless steel is a common austenitic stainless steel containing elements such as chromium, nickel, and manganese. Chromium is the main anti-corrosion element that combines with oxygen to form a dense oxide film to protect materials from corrosion. Nickel can improve the material’s heat resistance and toughness while reducing its magnetism. Manganese can increase the strength and hardness of materials.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
305 stainless steel pipe has good corrosion resistance and can stay stable in various corrosive media. The oxide film formed on its surface can effectively prevent the contact between the corrosive medium and the material, thereby extending the service life of the material. 305 stainless steel is also known for its good heat resistance as it shows stable performance at high temperatures. High amount of nickel element adds to the heat resistance of the material, making it less prone to deformation, oxidization under high temperatures.
