C21000/H96 Brass Coil
C21000 copper coil is made from a basic copper-zinc alloy containing approximately 95% copper and 5% zinc. Combining the good electrical and thermal conductivity of copper with the strength of zinc, it is a preferred material for many industrial applications. C21000 copper coil is widely used in various manufacturing fields due to its excellent plasticity, good processability and moderate strength.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
C21000 copper coil features high electrical and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for applications requiring good thermal or electrical conductivity. Also, C21000 copper coil shows good corrosion resistance in many environments, especially dry environments. This alloy is very easy to cold and hot work and can be drawn into filaments or rolled into sheets. C21000 copper coil is very processable and can be processed by a variety of methods including machining, welding, casting and heat treatment. It is suitable for manufacturing parts with complex shapes and requires less tool wear during processing. In addition, C21000 copper coil can also undergo various surface treatments, such as plating, coloring, etc., to improve its appearance or corrosion resistance.
